Sport happens with others.
Sprots brings your coach, your gym and your training partners together around your week.
If you train
Your week, in your hand.

My week
Know what’s on today.
Your coach leaves your week ready. On your own, pick from seven routines.3

The session
You train. Sprots keeps track.
Last time’s weight, right next to it. One tap and the set is logged.

The rest
One tap, set done.
Your rest starts on its own, with what’s next in view. On Apple Watch, one tap logs the set.4

Record
Your best, the moment it happens.
You know as soon as you finish the set, and your coach sees it in your session.5

Your coach
Someone knows how it went.
Your coach sees your session and replies. What you do stops going unnoticed.

Food
Know what to eat today.
Your coach’s plan, meal by meal.
Your streak
It lights up with your week.
Tap the days you trained. Hit your goal and Sparky lights up; rest days take nothing away.
1 more to reach your goal.
13-week streak · 2 of 3 days
Unmarked days are rest: your streak counts weeks, not days.
With whoever you choose.
