The conversation with Camila, her coach: “Saw your hip thrust: 90 kg on all four sets. Today your squat can go up.”, with quick replies to answer.

If you train

Your week, in your hand.

Martina’s week: today is legs and glutes, the session Camila left her for 19:00 at Box Quillay with a Start button, and her week with 2 of 3 days done. Sparky watches, its tuft half lit.

My week

Know what’s on today.

Your coach leaves your week ready, and at your gym you book your spot. On your own, you pick from seven routines3 or build your session from scratch.

The set: squat, set 3 of 4, 45 kilograms for 8 reps, with last time next to it (42.5 kg for 8) and the Set done button. Sparky moves along with the set.

The session

You train. Sprots keeps track.

Last time’s weight, right next to it. One tap and the set is logged.

The rest: 1:32 on a ring that counts down, with what’s next (squat, set 4 of 4, 6 × 50 kg), the session’s progress and the +30 s and I’m ready buttons. Sparky breathes in the middle.

The rest

One tap, set done.

Your rest starts on its own, with what’s next in view. On Apple Watch, one tap logs the set.4

Squat record: 50 kilograms, her best yet; it used to be 47.5. Camila sees it in her session. Sparky celebrates with its tuft lit.

Record

Your best, the moment it happens.

You know the second you finish the set, and your coach sees it in your session.5

Pricing

To train, nothing.

Training with Sprots is free, whether you train with your coach, at your gym or on your own.

AI is paid separately. Some features use artificial intelligence, and those are paid: from CLP 1,990 a month, VAT included.1

While Sprots isn’t on the App Store, nothing is charged.6

You choose who you train with.

  • On my own

You don’t need anyone: you pick your routine, you train, and your records and your month stay with you.

  • With a coach

Your coach leaves your week ready and sees how it went, but only if you say yes.

  • At a gym

You book your spot from your phone, and your gym sees how many are left.

  • With my gym’s coach

Your coach is on your gym’s team: your week, your bookings and your records, in one place.

If you switch coaches or gyms, what you trained stays with you.

You decide who sees.

Your coach or your gym sees how you train only if you accept, and you can withdraw it whenever you want. We don’t sell your data or advertise with it.
