The Spanish version of this text is the one that governs. This is a faithful translation.

If something isn't working or you don't understand something, write to us at hi@krloz.co. We reply on business days. Tell us what happened and which screen you were on: it helps us get to it faster.

Below, what people ask us most.

Signing in

Sign in the way you created your account: with Google, with Apple, or with your email and password. Your history is yours: what you trained is still there even if you change phones, coaches or gyms.

If you forgot your password, tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and we'll send a link to your email to choose a new one. If it doesn't arrive, write to us.

Deleting your account and taking your data with you

Both are in My account, under Your data, and you don't have to write to anyone:

  • Take my data with me gives you everything of yours in one file.
  • Delete my account deletes your personal data. It asks you to confirm and it can't be undone. What you shared with a coach stays anonymized in their work record, because that record is theirs too.

Both need a signal. What we keep, where it is and how it's deleted is in the Privacy policy. If you'd rather write to us: hi@krloz.co.

The watch

Sprots also runs on Apple Watch. The sessions your coach or gym leaves you go there; routines you pick on your own run on iPhone. The rest runs by itself and one tap logs the set.

The watch signs in with your iPhone's account. If it won't let you in, open Sprots on the phone, signed in, and try again. The watch asks whether you share your heart rate with Sprots: you say yes or not now, and you can change it any time in My account, on the iPhone.

Training without a signal

You can train without a signal: each set is logged on your phone, and the session uploads by itself when the signal comes back. If the app closes in the middle of a workout, when you open it again it asks whether you want to resume it, save what you did or discard it.

Some things do need a signal, and the app tells you: accepting an invitation, booking a slot, taking your data with you or deleting your account.

Joining your coach or your gym

You join with an invitation: your coach or your gym sends you a link or a code. Open the link on your iPhone, or paste the full link or the code when the app asks for it. If you don't have an account yet, you create one right there.

Before you accept, you see who is inviting you and what you would share with them. Nothing is shared until you accept, and you can take it back any time from your profile: they stop seeing your workouts right away, and what you already trained stays yours. If the link doesn't open the invitation, write to us.

Reporting a problem

In the app, in your profile, tap Tell us something. Write what happened and, if you want, leave a screenshot: you see it before sending and you can remove it. We keep your message, the screen you were on, the app version and the phone model. You can also write to us at hi@krloz.co.
