For people who train, coaches and gyms

The app for training with others.

Sprots is a sports ecosystem that brings people who train, coaches and gyms or studios together in one app, with tools for all three.

How they connect

Everyone does their part.

Coaches and gyms offer their services. For them and for the people who train, Sprots provides the place and the tools.

You choose who you train with.

Your coachYour gymYou

You don’t need anyone: you pick your routine, you train, and your records and your month stay with you.

If you switch coaches or gyms, what you trained stays with you.

Here’s how they connect, in five moments.

Camila is a coach, Martina trains and Box Quillay is a gym. They’re demo people and places.

  1. She sends a link or a code. Martina sees who she’ll share her training with, and accepts.

  2. She builds it day by day, exercise by exercise, and publishes it. It lands on Martina’s phone.

The coach builds a person’s week: three days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each with its own session (legs and glutes, back and shoulders, full body).
  3. The gym publishes its schedule with spots. Martina books her spot from her phone, and the gym sees how many are left.

The gym’s schedule: the week, 42 bookings of 60 spots, and each class with its coach and what’s left (Functional 19:00 in progress, Strength 20:00 with 4 spots, Mobility 21:00 with 7).
  4. Martina trains. Camila sees her session, set by set, next to what she asked for.4

Squat record: 50 kilos, their best; it used to be 47.5. Their coach sees it in their session.
  5. Camila writes to Martina and Martina replies, without leaving the app.

The conversation with their coach: “Saw your hip thrust: 90 kg on all four sets. Today your squat can go up.”

Camila coaches Martina. Box Quillay opens its schedule. Each does their part, and Sprots provides the place where they meet.

Gyms add coaches to their team, and coaches can work at a gym and on their own, with the same account.

If you train

Train with your people.

You know what’s on today, whether you train with your coach, at your gym or on your own. And whoever coaches you sees how it went.

Today

You show up at the gym not knowing what’s on today, with your numbers in a note on your phone.

With Sprots

You open the app and know what’s on today.

Your week, in your hand.

  1. Your coach leaves your week ready, and at your gym you book your spot. On your own, you pick from seven routines5 or build your session from scratch.

My week in the app: “Today: legs and glutes,” with the session their coach left for 19:00 and the Start button.
  2. Your rest starts on its own, with what’s next in view. On Apple Watch, one tap logs the set.6

The rest: 1:32 in a ring that counts down, with what’s next (squat, set 4 of 4, 6 reps at 50 kilos).
  3. You know the second you finish the set. Your records, your month and what you worked on stay with you, even if you switch coaches. Resting isn’t failing.

Squat record: 50 kilos, their best; it used to be 47.5. Their coach sees it in their session.
  4. Your coach sees your session4 and replies. What you do stops going unnoticed.

The conversation with their coach: “Saw your hip thrust: 90 kg on all four sets. Today your squat can go up.”

If you coach others

No athlete trains alone.

On a gym’s staff or on your own: your people train with you even when you’re not in the room.

Today

The routine in a PDF, a chat for each athlete and a spreadsheet to see how they’re doing.

With Sprots

Each athlete’s week and what they did, in one place.

Your people, on one screen.

  1. You open Today and see who’s starting to slip, without checking everyone.

The coach’s Today screen: who to message today, in three groups (2 slipping, 2 struggling and 2 ready for more), and two people with the Message button.
  2. You build it day by day and publish it: it lands on their phone or watch.6 You repeat it with more load, without starting from scratch.

The published week: the person sees it on their phone, with 3 days, 17 exercises and 2.5 more kilos.
  3. Set by set, next to what you asked for,4 and you message them without leaving the app.

Message Tomás: his week and the last thing he said in the conversation (“I’m on night shifts this week.”).
  4. You send a link or a code, and your athlete sees who they’ll share their training with before accepting.

A coach’s first time: “0 athletes, for now,” with a line saying each athlete gets a link, and the Invite my athletes button.

If you run a gym or studio

Keep your people coming back.

For the gym or studio that still keeps its classes in a notebook and talks to its people over chat.

Taking attendance in the 19:00 class: 12 of 14 checked in, and 2 not here yet, each with the Arrived button.

Sport happens with others.

Sprots brings your coach, your gym and your training partners together around your week.

We’ll tell you the day it launches.

How will you use Sprots?

By joining, you agree that we write to you only to let you know the day Sprots comes out, and you tell us you’re 18 or older. You can leave from any of our emails. Controller: krloz · hi@krloz.co. How we handle this data (opens in a new tab)

Notes

  1. Training with Sprots is free. Some artificial intelligence features are paid, from CLP 1,990 a month, VAT included, and are for people 18 or older.
  2. It’s an estimated date, not a commitment, and it can change. If it changes, we’ll update it on this page.
  3. Android and its watch come after iPhone, with everything the app has. They don’t have a date yet.
  4. A coach sees the sessions of anyone who gave them permission. Today that happens by accepting their invitation, with a link or a code.
  5. Legs, push, pull, glutes, full body, arms and shoulders, and core.
  6. Today, the sessions your coach leaves you go to Apple Watch; routines you pick on your own run on iPhone.
  7. Only coaches and gyms that chose to appear show up in search; people who search ask to join with their account.
  8. You don’t pay for your first athletes; we’ll tell you how many before payments open. A gym pays for its own members.
  9. Today you record the payments you receive in cash or by bank transfer.
